NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051071, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and LANCELOT WILLIAMS; SHARMILITA WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNIT A, 5100 28TH STREET SW, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33973; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNIT B, 5102 28TH STREET SW, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33973; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 9, UNIT 2, LEHIGH ESTATES, SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP ORPLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
