THE SOUTH 183.1 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK 9, CHARLESTON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 44, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2960 3RD ST, ALVA, FL 33920; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 18, 2012.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
