NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 8, 2010, in Civil Case No. 09-CA-057984, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DARREN J. LYNN; jessica j. segal a/k/a Jessica j. lynn; bank of america, n.a. ; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on January 18, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

lot 29, and 30, block 181, san carlos park, unit no, 11, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in official record book 50, pages 380 through 383, public records of lee county, florida, being that parcel of land conveyed to darren j. lynn and jessica j. segal, joint tenants with rights of survivorship from patrick j. skehan and theresa skehan, husband and wife by that deed dated 03/10/2004 and recorded 03/29/2004 in deed book 4240, at page 2325 of the lee county, florida public registry.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
