NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure filed December 16, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-051407 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB,, is a Plaintiff and KLARC L. SNOWDEN; SHANNON S. SNOWDEN; TRADEWINDS OWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; BARKELEY SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNITED MECHANICAL; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON SNOWDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JERRY SNOWDEN, are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on January 20, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 315, TRADEWINDS, A CONDOMINIUM IN BARKELEY SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1553, PAGES 700 TO 799, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
