NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-052161 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM CAJUSTE; SANDRA CAJUSTE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; THE ENCLAVE AT THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
