NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 14 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069041, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR3. is the Plaintiff and LILIANE ROUAS-SUCKLING, DAVID L. SUCKLING, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR CMG MORTGAGE, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 67, UNIT 16, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 167, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
