NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 15 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-50659, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROQUES LINARES, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, DULCE LINARES A/K/A DULCE M. LINARES and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 45 AND 46, BLOCK 3196, CAPE CORAL UNIT 66 PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
