NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 14 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-066322, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DELORES LOPEZ, DELROY LOPEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 37, PLAT OF UNIT 6 SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, A SUBDIVISION OF LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT TEHREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 36-52 PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
