NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 15 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-52344, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KELLY M. RYAN A/K/A KELLY MARIE RYAN, CENTRAL BANK F/K/A COMMERCE BANK OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH CHASE MORTGAGE COMPANY, FKA CHEMICAL MORTGAGE COMPANY, CITIBANK, N.A., INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY, LABEUE WELL DRILLING & WATER SYSTEMS, INC., THE VILLAGE OF CEDARBEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY M. RYAN A/K/A KELLY MARIE RYAN N/K/A KELLY MARIE RYAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
