NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 15 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-21802, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOT THE HOLDERS OF HARBORVIEW 2006-12 is the Plaintiff and DORIAN SPENCE, JANE DOE A/K/A JASMILA MORERRA, JOHN DOE A/K/A JUAN MORERRA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORIAN SPENCE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 102, OF LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
