NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed December 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-051729 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and SARA LYNN STRONG; ROBERT DEAN STRONG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; BROOKSHIRE VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BROOKSHIRE BATH & TENNIS CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
