NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 16 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-58547, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and FRED L. LENHARDT, E.J. GARDNER ENTERPRISES, INC., MARBELLA AT SPANISH WELLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MARBELLA AT SPANISH WELLS II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, SPANISH WELLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SPANISH WELLS GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., LUCILLE LENHARDT A/K/A LUCILLE T. LENHARDT and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 521 PHASE 5 MARBELLA AT SPANISH WELLS II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4819, PAGE 789, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
