NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 15 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-61524, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY J. PETACCIO, CITY OF BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA, CAROLYN L PETACCIO, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 18 day of January 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK 5, ARROYAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 42.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
