NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 19, 2012and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-056550 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION TRUST 2006-WF3, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. O'MALLEY; LISA M. O'MALLEY; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
