Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of LEE County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in LEE County, Florida described as:
Lot 11, Block 7, PINE GLEN AT THREE OAKS UNIT TWO, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 51, Pages 30-32, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 10452 Devonwood Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33912, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes on January 20, 2012, at 9:00 A.M.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
