Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order filed December 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 11-CA-052131, in the Circuit Court for Lee, Florida, wherein fifth third mortgage companY is the Plaintiff, and paula linsenbach, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee Florida, described as:
Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block 5928, Unit 93 Cape Coral Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 25, Pages 1 to 21, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 20 day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
