NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 20, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-052207 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Union Savings Bank, Plaintiff and MKL Enterprises, LLC are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES January 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 2301 (TYPE A), ESTANCIA AT BONITA BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3702, PAGE 2921, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
