NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 21, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2011-CA-050287 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and MARITZA RODRIGUEZ; NESTOR FERRUFINO; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; TENANT #1 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 20 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
