NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed December 20, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-052287 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-3, Plaintiff and Frank Zasa and Cory Mango are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, January 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4207, BUILDING 4, THE TIDES AT PELICAN LANDING CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4640, PAGE 620, ET. SEQ., TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
