NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-50172, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR13 TRUST is the Plaintiff and JAVIER MONTOYA, SUSANA MONTOYA, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 23 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS, 22, 23 AND 24, BLOCK 4012 OF UNIT 55, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92-106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
