NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 21 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-51463, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY LYNN CALLAHAN A/K/A JEFF CALLAHAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY LYNN CALLAHAN A/K/A JEFF CALLAHAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 1988, UNIT 28, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 101 TO 111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
