NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Dated filed the 16 day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-14900, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP. is the Plaintiff and YADILY HERNANDEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORP.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YADILY HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 604, CAPE CORAL, UNIT NO. 21, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 149 THROUGH 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
