NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-017901, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGHCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR31 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and GREGORY D. WORTZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY D. WORTZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION; PALM HARBOUR SOMERSET VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, THE VILLAGE OF SOMERSET WOODS PHASE TWO, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 87 THROUGH 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order 2010-045 PA/PI-CIR
