NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, entered in Case No. 2007-13794-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein SANDRA WHALEY, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 17, 2011 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10 in Block 91, LAKEWOOD ESTATES, SECTION āCā, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later that 60 days after the sale, If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
