AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2004-FF11, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-FF11, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, MICHAEL SIMPSON A/K/A MICHAEL WESLEY SIMPSON, DECEASED; CHARISSE A. MITTLE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL SIMPSON A/K/A MICHAEL WESLEY SIMPSON, DECEASED; RYAN S.
