NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 14, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-019374-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association as Trustee for WMALT 2005-5, Plaintiff and David Owen Johnson a/k/a David O. Johnson and Amity M. Mank-Johnson a/k/a Amity Mank, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on January 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20 AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 19, LAKE BUTLER VILLAS CO. S SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK 6, TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY, WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
