NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 23, 2011, and the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 17, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 8, Block 29, Pasadena Estates Section C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 48, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of January, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER TNAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM ITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
