NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2011 and entered in CASE NO: 52-2010-CA-009747 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2005KS5, is the Plaintiff, and MELISSA A. TREMBLAY, ET AL., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 12th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 205, ALLEN'S RIDGE - UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
