NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 16, 2011 and a Final Summary Judgment dated July 14, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-007397 WS, DIVISION: J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE4 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE4, is Plaintiff, and YOSVANY BLANCO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YOSVANY BLANCO, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., held online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 19 day of January, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2000, HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT TWENTY-ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 28 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
