and commonly known as: 9650 LAKEVIEW DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on January 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
