NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-005825WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE E. PEJOT; JORGE L. PEJOT; SYNOVUS BANK F/K/A SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #1; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #2; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) #3; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of January, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 73 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF OAKWOOD ACRES, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
