NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-004361-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. is the Plaintiff and LONG DO; COUNTRY WALK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRY WALK VILLAS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; BICH N. LE A/K/A BICH LE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LONG DO; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of January, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 76, COUNTRY WALK SUBDIVISION INCREMENT B, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 3O THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
