NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-3580-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and JOHN LAFEMINA, JR; MARIA V. LAFEMINA; SUNTRUST BANK; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
