Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000480-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-C, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-C UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and , PEDRO CARTAGENA; and ELIZABETH CARTAGENA; and TENANT #1; and TENANT #2; and TENANT #3; and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30TH day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30 of the unrecorded Plat of CAMBRIDGE CLARKE: That portion of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of section 35. Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida being further described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 35, Township 25 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida, run S 00º 17'00” W, 564.90 feet, along the East line of said Section 35: thence run West 315.0 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run S 00º 17'00” W, 184.60 feet; thence run S 89º 31'49” W, 150.0 feet; thence run N 00º17'00” e, 185.92 feet; thence run East 150.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
