NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2007-CA-990-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE NOTEHOLDERS CWABS INC. ASSET-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-SD4006-SD4, is the Plaintiff and MARC MESSINA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARC MESSINA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE ST.
