Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-13, is the Plaintiff and Michael L. Fitzgerald, Judy L. Fitzgerald, Kingsfield Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
