N/K/A BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and HEATHER EPPERSON A/K/A HEATHER J SCHINELLI; FIRST NORTH AMERICAN NATIONAL BANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALBERT SCHINELLI are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
