NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-007967-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC, ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10, is the Plaintiff and NANCY FAYE KING A/K/A NANCY FAYE KING-ADSIT; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
