ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-60T1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-60T1 is the Plaintiff, and ROGER S GELLER, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2065, MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24 PAGES 80 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of January, 2012.
