NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2008-CA-007236-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3,ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA J. NOVAK-BOWERS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA J. NOVAK-BOWERS N/K/A ALVIN BOWERS; KENNETH W. ADAMS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; TENANT #1 N/K/A MALISSHA HILL; TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT MOSHER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
