NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 9, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2007-CA-3365-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff and SUSANA PADILLA A/K/A SUSAN HERNANDEZ PADILLA; RAMON PADILLA A/K/A RAMON PADILLA JR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; NATIONAL CAPITAL ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
