NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000519-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.1, is the Plaintiff and TRACY A. HUDSON A/K/A TRACY A. NAYLOR A/K/A TRACY A. HUDSON NAYLOR; MICHAEL K. NAYLOR; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; MAGNOLIA ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A PATRICIA SEVIGNY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JEFFREY SEVIGNY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on January 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
