NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 16th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-03015 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF7, is the Plaintiff and Andrew P. Mead a/k/a Andrew Peter Mead, Michelle Mead, Greenbrook Village Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
