NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 20, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011907-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee, for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-AB4, Plaintiff and Cara S. Howe are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on January 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 85, RIDGEWOOD UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
