NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007-CA-004208-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE7 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and Carlos A. Monsalve, Carpenters Run Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Carlos A. Monsalve, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
