LYNCH; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; RIVER WILDERNESS OF BRADENTON FOUNDATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/11/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
