NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 41 2007 CA 005595 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 25th day of January, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AS LOT 2, BLOCK C, UNIT 1, WINDSOR PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 38 AND 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
