NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Apartment C-3, Building C of The Third Bayshore Condominium, Section 18, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 474, Page 121-134, as amended recorded in O.R. Book 1109, Page 1209 and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat book 2, Page 37-38 Public Records of Manatee County.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of January, 2012 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
