NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 30 day of November, 2011, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BMO HARRIS BANK, N.A., successor by merger to THE HARRIS BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTELLA E. BRADLEY and JOHN DOE #1 as the unknown spouse of CHRISTELLA E. BRADLEY are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 2011 CA 003477, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on February 7, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property, situate and being in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 23, Block B of Fairfield Acres, Unit Two, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 31, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
