NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-003606 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSMPS MLT 2006-RP2 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST FRANK RAMON A/K/A FRANK H RAMON, SR, DECEASED; RUDY RAMON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK RAMON A/K/A FRANK H RAMON, SR, DECEASED; FRANK RAMON A/K/A FRANK RAMON JR, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK RAMON A/K/A FRANK H RAMON, SR, DECEASED; ROSE ANN RAMON, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK RAMON A/K/A FRANK H RAMON, SR, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
